Well it looks like we can't let this Sting issue go just yet.
Amy is right...Sting is gorgeous. Don't worry Scott...I am sure Amy thinks your gorgeous too...she did marry you afterall! And according to reports (Wendy and Char alluded to this) he can have sex (tantric that is) for 12 hours. 'Nuff said!
And as to the issue of why he still performs...he ended his acceptance speech at the Vile Billboard Awards by saying 5 words, "Music is its own reward"!
And he is extermely philanthropic and is all about organic junk, etc. He cares, man! He really cares! He cares so much he cheated on his first wife with their next door neighbor Trudie Styler, his current wife.
And Tom is also right that concert tickets are obscenely expensive. But still how cool is this...He is playing Vienna on June 13, 04! At Schoenbrun!! We've (Tom, Amy and I) been there...remember the lightshow we saw back in the summer of '86 on the lawn of the castle! How much would it rock to see him there!
Anyways to sum it up...Sting is a gorgeous, 12 hour sex having, wife-cheating, semi-washed up but returning in great form, organic farming, expensive ticket selling bit of fantasticness!!
But the "freakyist" part of all...he startin' to look like Lisa's dad!! Not really sure what to make of this...So I've decided instead that he looks like Lisa's brother in 15 years! That's far less distrubing!
